TRIM a Block of Mix Data
The
Trim Process
applies only to fader levels. This
Process
enables you to apply a
relative
offset value to selected channels over a given period of time.
Selecting Channels to TRIM
1. Select the
Channels
you want to be included in the
Trim
from the
Channel Name
List
. Clicking the name of the
Channel
will highlight it, indicating it is selected.
Clicking a highlighted
Channel
again will deselect it.
The
All
and
None
buttons will select all
Channels
or none respectively.
2. The
Trim
can be set to apply to a given time range in the
Mix
. Edit the
Range From
and
To
boxes as described in
Repeat
.
Setting a Trim Value
The level by which the selected
Channels
are to be offset is set in the
Trim Value
box. Edit
the value by clicking into the box and typing a new value.
Once you have selected the
Channels
you want to
Trim
, the timecode range over which
the trim is to occur and the value by which they are to be offset, click
Process
. The fader
offset will be applied to the selected channels in the defined time frame.
Note:
The
X-Fade
value applies as described in
Repeat
above.
