Hiding and Displaying Groups of Cues
1. Below the
Cue List
are three filter boxes. The
Display
filter shows or hides each of
the eight
Cue Groups
.
2. Initially, all
Groups
will be displayed, indicated by a highlight around each number.
3. To hide a
Group
, click it’s number in the display filter.
4. All
Cues
belonging to the selected
Group
will disappear from the
Cue List
. This is a
visual filter only, the
Cues
still exist and activate to timecode, they are just hidden
from view to make the list easier to read.
5. To redisplay a hidden
Group
, select it again in the display filter. The
Cues
belonging
to that
Group
reappear.
Activating and Deactivating Groups of Cues
1. The
Activate
filter performs a similar function to the
Display
filter. This time,
however,
Groups
de-selected in the
Activate
filter don’t disappear, they become
temporarily disabled.
2. Initially, all
Groups
are activated, indicated by a highlight around each number.
3. To disable a
Group
of
Cues
, click its number in the
Activate
filter.
4. All
Cues
belonging to the selected
Group
will become greyed-out in the
Cue List
,
the
Cue
information is retained but the
Cues
will not trigger their events when
their timecode position is reached.
5. To re-activate a
Group
of
Cues
, select it again in the
Activate
filter. The
Cues
belonging to that
Group
will become active again.
Recording Cues to a Group
1. The third filter defines to which
Group
newly inserted
Cues
belong.
2. To insert
Cues
to a specific
Group
, select the
Group
number in the
Record
filter.
3. When you insert new
Cues
they initially belong to this
Group
.
