Changing Solo Status in Zoom In View
1. The status of every channel’s
Solo
switch is indicated by an icon below the
channel’s automation mode indicator. The state of the icon will change to show the
state of the switch as the
Mix
is replayed.
2. To change the state of the
Solo
switch for any channel click the
Solo
button icon.
3. The
Solo
switch’s state will change and the change will be reflected in the
Zoom In
display.
Changing Solo Safe Status in Zoom In View
1. The status of every channels
Solo Safe
switch is indicated by an icon (
"D"
for
Solo
Defeat
) below the channel’s
Solo
switch status indicator. The state of the icon will
change to show the state of the switch as the
Mix
is replayed.
2. To change the state of the
Solo Safe
switch for any channel click the
Solo Safe
button icon.
3. The
Solo Safe
switch’s state will change and the change will be reflected in the
Zoom In
display.
Creating Fader Groups in Zoom In View
1. Assign a
Group Master
by right-clicking in one of the free
Group
assignment
boxes. Right-clicking in box 1 will designate that channel as the
Group Master
for
Group 1
, for example.
2. Assign
Slaves
by left-clicking the corresponding
Group
assignment box in each
channel, e.g. to assign a channel to be a
Slave
in
Group 1
, left-click the
Group 1
assignment box.
3. Continue adding
Slaves
in this fashion until the group is complete.
4. To remove a fader from a
Group
, left-click the box again.
5. The
Fader Group
is now created and will be present in the
Fader Groups List
.
6. Dissolve a
Group
by right-clicking again on the
Group Master
. The
Group
assignment box for the
Master
and all of
Slaves
will become blank and the
Group
will be dissolved.
Note:
Once a master is assigned to a
Group
it cannot be re-assigned without dissolving the
Group
.
