Backing-Up a Title
1. Backing up a
Title
involves saving a copy to a drive other than your main working
drive, usually a floppy disk.
2. Select the
Title
you want to back-up by clicking on it in the
Title
list.
3. Click
Backup
.
4. A dialogue will ask you to place a formatted, blank disk in
Drive A:
5. Click
Continue
to backup your
Title
and its associated
Mixes
to the floppy disk.
Restoring a Backed-Up File
1. To
Restore
a previously backed-up
Title
, put the back-up floppy in drive A:
2. Click
Restore
.
3. A dialogue will ask you if the back-up disk is in the floppy drive.
4. Click
Continue
.
5. A new
Title
file will be created in the
Title List
and you will be prompted to type a
name for it. Type a name and press
Enter
.
6. The file system will unpack your backed-up file from the floppy disk and write the
stored information to your new
Title
.
