Up / Down
The
Offset
value is applied using the screen
Up / Down
buttons.
During the current mix pass with timecode running, the fader values of selected
channels are trimmed up or down by the
Offset
value. This only affects fader values
between the mix
In / Out
points.
With timecode stopped, the mix is left completely alone, selected channel faders will be
trimmed by the
Offset
value but the
In / Out
points will be ignored.
This feature allows you to remotely trim a fader without moving away from the centre
section.
In / Out Points
The
In
and
Out
points specify two timecode values between which the
Trim
offset will
be applied. Timecode values can be entered directly by clicking into the relevant field
and using the QWERTY keyboard, or entered automatically using one of the following
methods.
Note:
Entering an illegal value (such as an
In
point which is greater than the
Out
point)
will force the same value into both fields, nulling the
Trim
.
In at Title Start / Out at Title End
The

Out

values for the start and end of the
Title
respectively. These values are defined in the
Title Info
page.
