Autopanner
The
Autopanner
differs from other devices in that it always operates on
Odd-Even
pairs of
adjacent channels. The
Odd
numbered channel is always on the
Left
.
This selection is automatically made when choosing the
Autopanner
. For proper effect,
each of the two channels must be panned hard left (
Odd
) and hard right (
Even
).
IN
Switches the
Gate On
/
Off
effectively providing a
Bypass
facility.
KEY
This switch changes the
Side Chain Input
from the main audio path to
the
Key Input (
when fitted).
LFC
This switch incorporates a
Low Frequency Compensation
algorithm to
reduce repeated triggering when processing low frequency signals.
THRESHOLD
This control sets the level at which the
Autopanner
will activate a sweep.
MULT
Normally only one pan cycle occurs when the
Autopanner
is triggered.
Mult
allows continuous pans while the signal is above the
Threshold
level.
TEST
This switch performs the pan without a valid trigger signal being above
the
Threshold
level.
CONT
This switch disables the audio input trigger and causes the panner to
operate
Continuously
.
SNGL
This switch causes the
Autopanner
to execute only one complete
programmed pan.
HALF
This switch causes the
Autopanner
to execute the first half of the
programmed pan, wait for a new trigger and then execute the second
half of the pan.
