Interpreting the Main Display
The
Main Display
is colour-coded to emulate the physical channel layout together with it’s
control colours to help you find them more easily.
Note:
When a control position
exactly
matches the currently loaded
Recall
, a blank outline
ONLY
is displayed. This means you can ignore it and concentrate only on controls that need
altering.
Switches
When a
Switch
position does
NOT
match the current
Recall
setting, a red marker appears.
Pressing the switch to return it to it’s original state causes the red marker to disappear.
Rotary Controls
Rotary Controls
that do
NOT
match the current
Recall
setting, display a pointer reflecting
the actual position of the control and an arc showing the offset by which the knob must
be adjusted in order to match the stored
Recall
information.
Turning the knob in the correct direction reduces the arc until the knob reaches it’s target
position and the marker disappears.
When all of the markers have been eliminated, the
Channel
matches the settings stored in
the
Recall
.
Filtering the Main Display
There are eight
Filters
corresponding to different sections of the current
Channel
, each
with it’s own checkbox. By default,
Recall
is active on
All
controls and red markers are
displayed in
All
checkboxes.
Clicking into any checkbox turns
OFF
the marker and removes that control section from
the
Recall
scan. When inactive, a control section is displayed as blank outlines
ONLY
.
Note: Filtering
is particularly useful for speeding up
Recall
activities when you only want
to focus on particular areas, e.g. the routing section or the EQ.
